Jennifer is a qualified management accountant and business coach who has worked in a range of sectors, including insurance, print and online publishing, retail, hotels and hospitality, manufacturing, the service sector and has also managed her own businesses.  The prime focus has been on generating new or strengthening current revenue streams and creating efficiencies within businesses. 

Steve Rolt - Director

Steve has over 25 years experience of helping businesses get the most out of their resources.  He has managed a number of projects to combine and move finance functions and to implement new financial processes and procedures from small to large £150 million turnover companies.  Steve has worked in many sectors including food, print, insurance and franchising.
